What we store, and where

B Invoice is designed so that your documents never leave your device. When you save a draft, it is written to your browser's local storage under keys like invoicecraft:draft:v1. Your theme preference is stored the same way (invoicecraft:theme). Uploaded logos are kept as data URLs in memory and local storage.

We do not upload your invoice details, client information, or logos to any server. There is no account system, no login, and no cloud storage for documents.

Deleting your data

You can delete a saved draft at any time from within the invoice editor. Clearing your browser's site data (or local storage for this site) removes all stored drafts, logos, and preferences permanently.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you provide are used only to respond to your inquiry. If a contact endpoint is configured, your message is sent to it; otherwise the form opens your own email app with a prefilled message addressed to our support email. We do not use contact details for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is local storage for drafts and the theme preference, which are functional and never leave your device.

Third-party services

This site does not currently share data with third-party services. An external link to Convert.Online appears in the tools section and footer; visiting it is entirely optional and subject to that service's own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change how data is handled — for example optional cloud accounts — this policy will be updated to describe them before those features collect anything.
