How to use the International Trade template

  1. Enter your full business address including country, plus your tax/VAT number — trade invoices need both.

  2. Select the invoice currency in the generator; totals format correctly for 100+ currencies.

  3. Add the buyer's purchase order number so it renders prominently in the meta block.

  4. Itemize goods with quantities, units, and per-item values as separate lines.

  5. Use the notes section for Incoterms, shipping marks, or country-of-origin notes.

Frequently asked questions

Does this template support currencies other than USD?

Yes. Choose any ISO currency in the generator — totals format with the correct symbol and decimal precision, from USD and EUR to JPY (0 decimals) and PKR.

Can I show both shipping and tax rows?

Yes. Shipping renders as its own totals row, and you can add multiple user-defined tax or duty rates, each with its own label — the template never imposes any country's tax rules.
